When I started your fitness programming, I was at my wits end. I had gained over ten lbs during the past year and no matter what type of dieting or exercise I did, nothing seemed capable to “turn the ship around.” I tried doing tons of cardio and even calorie restriction thinking that I was eating too much and just not burning my meals well.
I learned a few key things that finally have me a pound away from my goal:
1) AM fasting was not working in my favor
2) I wasn’t eating enough!
3) I discovered a few foods that seem to bother me that I was eating all of the time before we started working together. I’m happier without them and feel great.
4) I don’t need to kill myself to feel strong and reverse the weight gain.
5) Brisk walking is amazing and your workouts are incredibly effective
