Each of our workouts is designed to pack a powerful punch, fluctuating intensity and focus so to avoid burnout, fatigue, and injury. This means, you’ll be able to work hard consistently in a short amount of time and reap awesome results.

If you are a kettlebell enthusiast already, you can hop right into the Strong ON! daily workouts. Each day’s workout is posted the previous evening so no matter what time you train, you’ll have access to the latest workout. And if you’re feeling spunky, you can tackle one of our member exclusive kettlebell challenges!
If it’s been a while since you’ve trained with kettlebells or if you are new to bells, we’ve put together a simple 14-Day Kettlebell Kickstart program that will introduce the fundamental kettlebell movements often seen in the daily workouts, while also increasing in intensity as the days go on, perfectly preparing you to hop into the daily workouts or tackle one of our many kettlebell challenges.

How many kettlebells do I need for the workouts?
While having a range of kettlebells would be ideal, if you’re not living in an ideal training situation, Strong ON! will work for you.
You just need one kettlebell to get started, in a weight that will challenge you but leave you successful in your training. Typically starting out, this is a 16kg kettlebell for men and an 8kg kettlebell for women.
Even workouts that are designed for double kettlebells can be adapted for single bells. We have details about modifying the workouts in our Getting Started Guide, available to all Strong ON! members.
How long does it take to complete a Strong ON! workout?
Ever heard of “Parkinson’s Law?” Work will fill the time allotted to it? Knowing this, Strong ON! workouts are designed to produce powerful results from short, intense training sessions. Most Strong ON! workouts last just 20 minutes, but the range is 15-30 minutes.
The training sessions are programmed so they are varied but not haphazard, covering strength, muscle, power, endurance, conditioning, and mobility through the use of kettlebell complexes and metabolic resistance training (MRT).
Do I need a gym membership to do Strong ON! workouts?
No! Many Strong ON! members do the workouts in their homes, garages, backyards, and even hotel rooms. Certainly having a gym membership can help if that affords access to equipment, but really, you just need one kettlebell to get started.
What if I need to cancel or pause my membership or update my payment method?
You can make updates to your membership easily by clicking on your WordPress profile. Once in your profile, you’ll be able to cancel or pause your membership, update your payment method, change your avatar, and more. Need more help?
